Chris Powell originally qualified as an associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1971 and spent 10 years in the building & civil engineering industry as a construction economist and project manager.

In 1981 he joined the Miller Buckley Leisure Group, under chairman Sir Michael Bonallack, as General Manager of  the group companies: Cotton Pennink Lawrie & Partners, Miller Buckley Golf Developments & Miller Buckley Golf Services. At that time, Cotton Pennink Lawrie & Partners were probably the leading golf course design company in Europe, with over 300 golf courses in more than 30 countries. Miller Buckley Developments specialised in golf, leisure & residential development projects. Miller Buckley Golf Services managed  the company-owned golf & leisure clubs, as well as facilities for private clients such as Eagle Star.

In 1986, in partnership with PGA Golf Professional and former European Tour Player Bob Cameron, he took over and completed the design, development, management and operation of Abbey Park Golf & Country Club which he had previously project managed for Miller Buckley. The partnership then began to undertake golf course design and golf consultancy works in the UK and around Europe, including the critically acclaimed Furnas & Batalha golf courses in the Azores, and Campo de Golf Vidago Palace, Portugal.

Cameron Sinclair originally worked with Chris Powell in the 1980's, at the internationally renowned golf course architects Cotton Pennink Larwrie & Partners. He later worked for a number of years in Australia with Graham Marsh, one of the world's most successful golf professionals and a renowned golf course designer.

As an independent Golf Course Architect of international repute Cameron has designed, among others: Bedfordshire GC; Heydon Grange G & CC near Cambridge; Lamerwood GC in Hertfordshire; Rutland County GC; St Ives GC in Huntingdonshire, Whitekirk GC in East Lothian; 36 holes at Whittlebury Park in Northamptonshire;  and Sierra GC in Poland. He has also undertaken modifications to Blankney GC in Lincolnshire, Huddersfield GC, Northamptonshire County GC and Royal Liverpool.......[more information]

Jim Long (Class AA PGA Member) is a long established and well respected figure in golf, having pioneered the specialised golf tour operators market with Longshot Golf Holidays. He has organised over 150 Pro-Am  tournaments worldwide through his WORLD PRO-AM series and has extensive experience and expertise in a range of golf consultancy services, including: Club management;  Golf promotion; Golf tourism; Golf course design;  Marketing 'The Golf Rules Dictionary'. 

Telma Sanches is a Portuguese National and graduated in Landscape Architecture at Oporto University in 2007. She is an associate and administrator of the company "Jardins ao Quadrano, Lda". She collaborated from 2008-2010 as Landscape Architect in the 'Aquanatur' project at the Vidago Palace Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort in Northern Portugal. The building development project was carried out under Architect Siza Vieira with golf course design services by Cameron Powell.

Telma has won a number of awards including:

• Honorable mention in the "Concurso Prémio Jornal Arquitecturas/Vibeiras Jovem Arquitecto Paisagista", Edition Ibero-Americana, with the project “P2P 39’27’45,29’’N 8º2830.03’’W", in 2010
• Winner of the European Competition "Europan 10" with the project "P2P 39’27’45,29’’N 8º2830.03’’W", in 2010
• Winner of the "IV Festival Internacional de Jardins de Ponte de Lima", with the project “Energias Reflectidas", in 2008
